How to go live (verified agents)

1. Apply + get verified at Become a Streamer (license + ID check).
2. Log in to your dashboard at /admin to see leads, showings, and stats.
3. Start your stream: open TikTok/YouTube Live on your phone → paste the link in your dashboard → it appears in the grid above. (Native low-latency streaming via Amazon IVS comes when your developer connects it.
